I bring a powerful mix of European discipline and passion into every training session. Growing up in Europe taught me the importance of quality food, healthy routines, and taking care of the body from the inside out. Fitness has always been part of my life — from playing rugby and football as a kid to building a strong, athletic lifestyle as an adult.

With 6 years of personal fitness experience and 3 years of dedicated coaching, I’m committed to helping my clients feel confident, strong, and capable. I prioritize proper technique, sustainable health, and injury-free progress — but trust me… I know how to push my clients to their absolute best.
